“Kluwer quickly understood the problems in our company and convinced us to tackle our challenge in a more fundamental way,” explains Sonia Frey. “We began with a cultural values assessment in order to map out the differences in culture and values. This enabled EDF Luminus to establish a unique snapshot of its organisation and to chart all the differences and similarities. Kluwer guided the analysis and discussion of the results with management and executives and assisted EDF Luminus in developing a “leadership for growth” programme for 2008 to 2011.”

The result

The innovative approach led to a strong buy-in for the project. By taking the time at each level of management for analysis, evaluation and next steps, managers and executives are more than ever convinced of the importance of integration and collaboration.
